Bitsum Process Lasso is a good app for an enterprise to use and deploy to keep those old legacy programs running only on P -cores on Intel etc. Offers alot of customization how processes are run on machines.
Has a lot of cmdline switches: https://bitsum.com/apps/process-lasso/docs/reference/command-lines/#htoc-installer-command-line
Good News! Process Lasso has been added to the catalog - https://patchmypc.com/catalog-release-history/2026-releases/
