Collect executable hashes in Advanced Insights for Intune

Advanced Insights and the Advanced Insights client should collect the hash of discovered executables. This could be for PMPC-supported apps, but would be nice to also create a custom rule to get the details of a specific app that may not be supported by PMPC too.

This would be useful for customers using Endpoint Privilege Management, as they could use the collected hash when creating EPM policies to allow elevation for specific executable hashes.

Another nice-to-have would be certificate details.
EPM allows rule to be configured based on certificate as well.
