Custom Apps: Option to require customer-specific files to be uploaded at deployment time

Please add an option for Custom Apps to define one or more files that must be provided by the admin when the app is deployed. The deployment cannot be created until the required files have been uploaded.

Requested behavior

• When creating or editing a Custom App, the admin can define one or more “required files”. Ideally each one has a name, a description or hint (e.g. “Customer-specific config.json”), and optionally an expected file name or extension.

• When a deployment of that app is created, the wizard prompts for these files, and the deployment cannot be completed until each required file has been provided.

• This works like the existing App Catalog apps where the admin has to supply the installer files themselves, but extended to arbitrary additional files in Custom Apps.

Use case

We maintain a single Custom App that we deploy to multiple customers. Each customer needs a customer-specific configuration file (for example a config, license, or transform file) that is only known at deployment time.
