    I downloaded that file from the link you provided and got the exact same installer. The internal language code was still 1033 (EN-US). I believe Google Chrome handles the language internally, so a separate installer from Patch My PC is not needed.

    It seems that it depends on the operating system which language you get. The name of the file is always the same.

    I am not sure Google actually provides their enterprise MSI in different languages, I tested by downloading the Chrome MSI from here:

    https://cloud.google.com/chrome-enterprise/browser/download?hl=de

    and

    https://chromeenterprise.google/browser/download/

    and ended up with the exact same file.
