Certain applications do not uninstall cleanly using the uninstall string in the registry. Patch My PC created apps should be able to take advantage of the application content to uninstall for specific apps.
For example, python can be cleanly uninstalled using:
"python-3.8.5-amd64.exe" /uninstall /quiet
Autodesk Desktop Connector requires this as well.
