Home Updater - The PortableApps Folder Should Only be Created if App Downloaded
By default, the portableapps folder is auto created and defaults to Desktop. This folder should only be created if needed because a portable app is selected and downloaded.
Support other Display Languages for the HomeUpdater too, such as German, French and so on. Will be very useful to home users who are not comfortable with English.

I didn't see this anywhere on the new v5 PMPC, but can we please have an option to export/import our current list of applications? It would help for reinstalls of new systems.
