New MS Teams (2023) and rename existing Teams to Teams Classic

Microsoft is rolling out a new Teams client engine and renaming the existing one as Teams Classic. There are 'bulk' rollout methods, but would be great to have this in PMPC. Please see reference linked from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watc...

NetBird (EXE-x64)

While the MSI-x64 package is available in the Publisher catalog (thank you!), there is a behavior bug with the client installed via MSI. Requesting the EXE-x64 as well for selection.

Home Updater: Application description should be included

When viewing the list of applications in the App Library in list mode, it would be great to have a short description of the purpose of each app and what that app does. This would save a user from having to google the name of every single app.
