Add RealVNC Viewer

RealVNC is deployed throughout our College in our computer labs. Vital for our instructors. We use the 64-bit version but the 32-bit would also be great, for some of our legacy hardware. Thank you!

Tortoise SVN ipv6

We use Direct Access VPN and that uses ipv6. That is why we can't use Tortoise SVN ipv4. But we need ipv6. https://sourceforge.net/projects/tortoisesvn/files/1.9.7/Application/ipv6/

Add Dell Data Protection Encryption (DDPE) to patching

This uses a complicated command line to do installs but I don’t know if that is needed for in-place updates.
