Add .NET SDK and .Net Core Hosting as updates in Intune and Config Manager. Today they are only available as apps

Currently it is not possible to sign-up to Patch My PC Cloud nor connect Intune tenants for GCC High Entra ID tenants. At this time, Patch My PC Cloud only supports public cloud Entra ID.
