Anaconda 3 or Python- User instance installation

Want to be able to install applications such as Anaconda Python in a user state deployment rather than a system based installation.

Notification toggle in settings.

At times it keeps sending notifications to me even though I don't want it. Add a option in settings to turn off notifications please.
