Add Dell Data Protection Encryption (DDPE) to patching

This uses a complicated command line to do installs but I don’t know if that is needed for in-place updates.

Add Spirion client to patching

Would it be possible to add the Spirion client to the patch list? www.spirion.com I don’t recall if the license key needs to be built in to the installer in order to upgrade. If it does, then this probably won’t be possible.

All applications from home updater should be available in the publishing service

for instance utorrent, steam, picpick, discord, foobar, unlocker, windirstat, winmerge, Angry IP Scanner
