Reporting (Advanced Insights)

It would be great to access Advanced Insight externally on any device. App proxy helps with this but is not supported currently.

Currently the search field allow to search device name, user name, software name. Would be nice to allow more values to be search, example like serial number of monitor.

Add support for authorization via AD using smart cards. Many government orgs cannot use username/password.

While its great to be able to connect to Active Directory or even Azure Active Directory you still need to enter your username and password. Would be great if you could extend Single Sign-on so you don't have re-enter credentials to the site.

The insights into displays, batteries, and storage are great. It would be awesome to have that same insight into local printers.

Add warranty start and end dates in the device's warranty tab, not just in the warranty table

When viewing client information, it would be handy to see when Windows was installed. Now we could go off the MCM object's creation date, but if this was a reimage where the object wasn't deleted, then it wouldn't matter.

Custom Inventory Classes in Avanced Insights, potentially tie it in to the Custom Dashboards feature.
