Please add the ability to create assignment groups for application deployments depending on if the application is discovered on the device.

Some product update such as ESRI ArcGIS Pro use the MSP file format for patches. It would be helpful if customers could also package these and deploy them via custom apps or Intune updates for patching.

Currently the Custom App description field only supports ASCII characters. Could you please add support for Unicode characters like german umlauts.
