Given that Branding creates a win32 app, it would be nice to support the option to configure and set Scope Tags. Currently, the Branding win32 app is created with the 'Default' scope tag in Intune, and needs to be modified manually.
The list of apps table on the Deployments page should include the Install Context for each app so that we can easily search and filter which apps are deployed as System or User context.

We would like to create an available deployment to a user collection that will take care testing it.
