    Support user-based apps detection in HKLM, not just HKCU

    Add support for user-based apps that store data in HKLM ARP instead of HKCU. Some user-based apps do this and today our detection for user-based apps only looks in HKCU.

    Carry forward custom requirements in Intune Updates

    Base installs carry forward requirements, however updates do not. this is relevant for detecting bitness of office, ARM versions of apps, etc.

    Move from once a day sync to real time
