more verbose logging for webhook notifications

Currently, the Publisher does not write to PatchMyPC.log when it posts to a webhook, but it does when it sends an email report. Additionally, writing to PatchMyPC.log when failing to post to a webhook would greatly help in troubleshooting.

Display inheritance in Intune App Assignments

It may be useful for customers to be able to see if assignments on their Intune Apps and Intune Updates are inherited from the top level. Example attached

Add support for Validity Demand Tools
