Include Firefox Language Support for BG version

We have international company and it would be usefull to have this language added to the list aswell.

Include Firefox Language Support for Romanian, Simplified Chinese, Portuguese and Slovakian

Dell Command Update 4.7.1

Dell seems to have released an update to the 4.7.x version (which seems to have originally been pulled due to quality issues). 4.7.1 is now available, if it could be updated in the PMPC catalog.

Create ConfigMgr Folder per Vendor/Application

Many Organizations create a folder within Configuration Manger per vendor or even per application, Patch My PC should have options to automatically place ConfigMgr Applications in these folders automatically (or create the folders as needed)

Add desktop shortcut option to Publishing Service installer

I would like Patch My PC to run a vulnerability assessment run on the new patch before deployment.

You do a great job on testing for malware. It would be great to know that a vulnerability assessment has been run on the patch/patched application.
