Dell Command Update 4.7.1

Dell seems to have released an update to the 4.7.x version (which seems to have originally been pulled due to quality issues). 4.7.1 is now available, if it could be updated in the PMPC catalog.

I would like Patch My PC to run a vulnerability assessment run on the new patch before deployment.
