Top-level app assignments re-writes below assignments

Would be good if we can stop changes to the top level assignments in Publisher to re-write everything below it for Intune apps/updates.

Windows store updates should be updated directly from PatchmyPc

It would be great if Windows store updates like Quick assist tool can be directly update from patchmyPc so that users don't have to go every on windows store to update the application. This will reduce user interactions for updating an application...
