    Add support for Visual Studio Code on ARM

    As we head into the era of ✨Copilot+ PCs✨ using Qualcomm Snapdragon X processors, we must be able to continue patching apps on those machines with native versions. Therefore, I request that the Visual Studio Code for ARM be added to Patch My PC.
