Snowflake Bootstrap and ODBC Installs

Both the bootstrap MSI and ODBC MSI is available for free from the links below. It would be great to get these added to the list of applications that can be updated automatically. They seem like low lying fruit. No customization necessary.

Add Snowflake OBDC

We use Snowflake for our data warehousing, and it would be great if the publisher supported the ODBC drivers both on an Application Deployment but also for updates. Requesting both x86 and x64 drivers.
