Snowflake ODBC, JDBC, CLI Merged

Snowflake is quickly becoming a popular application for our developer teams. Being able to keep our environment patch regularly utilizing PMPC tool has been tremendous and adding a popular and indemand app such as Snowflake will only add to the value.

    This is also very relevant to our developers and would be great if we could easily patch it without needing to package it up every time. We have over 200 installs across all the drivers and growing!
