When running the SCCM Application Manager, it would be great to take actions (right-click and/or add buttons + multi-select checkboxes) on the listed applications prior to deleting them.
Option Suggestions:
Exclude from being enabled during SCCM inventory scans
When a new application is available...
Create a new application
Update existing application in-place
As defined in base install options
Open local content repository
