Cisco Webex Meetings for VDI is a different MSI and needs its own updates package. We are running into issues where VDIs are updating the alternate MSI updates meant for physical devices, and breaking.

You enable VDI support using the following command line property when installing the WebEx full installer. When PMPC apples an update, the VDI support gets disable, this is what is breaking WebEx running in VDI in our environment...
msiexec /i WebexBundle.msi ALLUSERS=1 ENABLEVDI=1 AUTOUPGRADEENABLED=1

+1 for this. Currently for VDI, Cisco publish a combined installer for the Webex app that isn't available in your catalog. Would be great to get this added.
