Application creation source folder

Different companies do source folders differently it would be nice to change/affect the structure that is created. For example creating an app that has the same name as the source folder would make it easy to track the what source folder is attached to what application. They current way requires you to adhere to a specific naming standard defined by someone else that might not match what you already have,

Configure Source Path per application

Instead of only being able to use one Source Path in the base install options, it would be very convenient to be able to customize the source paths per application to fall more in line with our naming conventions

Allow full customization of Application Storage Path

Certain customers already have an "application" folder for all of their application content for CMSource. Creating a second "Applications" folder in the path is confusing can make it challenging to sort/find source content.
