Different companies do source folders differently it would be nice to change/affect the structure that is created. For example creating an app that has the same name as the source folder would make it easy to track the what source folder is attached to what application. They current way requires you to adhere to a specific naming standard defined by someone else that might not match what you already have,

Having the app version rather than a UniqueID would be quite helpful too, we sometimes need to manually install stuff and going into each UniqueID folder and checking the version in the app properties (if it has it) would get old fast.
Even just including the app version at the start of the UniqueID would be a big help, something like 1.0.3.3929--<UniqueID> (two dashes (or something else) since some version numbers have a dash) so if I need to programmatically determine the latest version I still can
