Obsidian offers two separate installers at the time of writing. The traditional .exe that installs to AppData, and the "all-users.exe" which installs in a system context. PMPC currently has Obsidian, but the AppData version.
The "all-users" installer would be the go-to installer to use in an Enterprise setting.
