Please add the Pleasant Password Server Client to PatchMyPC.
The client installation files are not available from the web, one need to download them from the Pleasant KeePass server page, see: https://pleasantpasswords.com/info/pleasant-password-server/d-user-access-basics/keepass-desktop-client
So a deployment similar to the one of the VMware console needs to be provided, where you put the installation file into a directory of the publishing server.
