Cloud Discovery – Show Device Name & App Version + CSV Export

In the On-Prem Publisher, the Intune Scan Wizard provides a clickable link under the Device Count column that reveals which devices have a specific app installed, along with the app version. It would be helpful to include this same functionality in the Cloud Discovery feature and allow the data (device names and app versions) to be exported to a CSV file for easier reporting and analysis.

Microsoft will released a new app inventory feature. We are investigating which data will be available in that new feature and what we can integrate with.

In PMPC cloud version, where every it shows data in tabular format there should be an option for export to CSV/XLSx/PDF formats. Currently there is no option to export data anywhere in the console.

The regulatory use case I am solving for is to review after identifying, the installation of unapproved applications against an approved application register. Performing the same for browser extensions would be equally as important. From a practical perspective it would be helpful to understand the user and device. The current extensions list is great however we have no idea where they are installed or by whom so while the report itself is of very high interest the value we can extract from it is minimal.

This is somewhat talked towards by the Unmanaged applications list but in saying that the PMPC Client/MS Graph combo appears likely to already (or could) be pulling this information under advanced insights and just needs to be presented and or made exportable.

Discovered apps export will be handy

In addition, would also be great to automatically add discovered users of the apps to assigned groups. Meaning that standalone\stale devices get patched without admins having to add them into groups manually. Configured per-app of course.

Further App Infos in Discovery

Please add further app infos in the Discovery page so it is more easy to decide what to do... Basically "what is it about", e.g. Link to product, which version was discovered, where / on what device was it found...?
