Enable 'display as featured app in the Company Portal' when publishing apps

Add as a right-click option the ability to 'Display this as a featured app and highlight it in the company portal' makes it easier to get apps from CM into the company portal for our co-managed clients.

    What is required for changes to this setting to apply? Is a sync sufficient or is a republish needed per app?

    It shipped in build 1.6.2. It's available in the preview channel right now and will release soon to the production channel.
