GIMP 2.10.38 Rev1 Update is not differentiated by Update Detection Script Merged

We have computers with GIMP 2.10.38 (initial Revision) installed. GIMP notifies the user to update to Rev. 1.

The application in Intune states "GIMP 2.10.38" is installed. There is no difference in the detection script between 2.10.38. Rev1 and Initial Revision
