Remote Control for devices

With Patch My PC agent now available, it’d be great to include interactive remote control for devices like other industry platforms used for remote support. Support teams can benefit from having to use one platform for support and patching.

Enable both interactive and non-interactive sessions: Interactive sessions allow real-time troubleshooting with screen sharing and control, while non-interactive options (like scripted fixes or background tasks) handle routine issues without user involvement.

Integrate with Microsoft 365 Entra ID: This ensures secure authentication, role-based access, and compliance with enterprise identity management.

Provide centralized management and logging: Support teams need audit trails, session recording, and reporting for accountability and continuous improvement.

Offer multi-device and cross-platform compatibility: It should work seamlessly across desktops, mobile devices, and virtual environments.

    It would be great to see this for Cloud Only set ups. We do not have SCCM and do not intent to deploy it, but quite a few premium licensing features are reserved for SCCM users only. Remote control is one of them, this could be a real benefit and allow us to cut costs elsewhere adding to our pot for PMP usage.
