Allow SUP Sync when SUP is Remote from Site Server

Today, the option to trigger a SCCM software update point sync is only available when the SUP is co-located with the site server. We've got a lot of feedback this option would be valuable when the SUP is remote from the site server.

Allow Multiple Recurring Sync Schedules

It would be nice to have the ability to do multiple sync schedules for recurring intervals. For example, allow sync on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday.

Allow more than one scheduling option

Allow The sync schedule to be every Friday, but also to be able to choose the second Tuesday of the Month to catch (often) updates that are pushed specifically at the same time as MS
