Allow more frequent publishing schedules

Once per X schedules seem a bit limiting to me, would love to be able to have twice daily, or even more frequent than that.

Add information about pending delayed application in-place updates to email alerts.

To allow tracking of pending delayed in-place application updates and how many days remain until in-place update without having to refer directly to the PostponedBinaries folder.

Force Publisher to use the Temp Path specified for all temp workloads

When publishing applications to Intune Publisher uses the temp path set in the UI to do most of the work apart from creating the IntuneWin image as this is still done in the Windows\Temp path.

Split out notification settings to allow Error notifications and Information notifications to go to different webhooks

Send Notification with PMPC Release Notes to Webhook

It would be nice if when the customer has alerts configured in their webhook, or email if we sent a notification with a link to the feature release, so people could get a direct link to what's new.

Add the ability to see file size in pacakge info

Add database scan feature button to the ConfigMgr Apps tab

The same feature for Intune exists in both Intune Apps and Intune Updates tab, it would make sense to follow suit and also put the button in the ConfigMgr Apps tab, too, not just the Updates tab.
