Please add right click option for Intune Apps and Intune Updates to recreate detection script. Such feature already exists in ConfigMgr Apps tab.

Change logo of Lenovo System Update

I don't really know, why the lenovo system update logo is the white L on green background. It's still 2 white arrows on red background on the lenovo page and in the sw itself.
