The update does not show for which language this is available. In the update heading and / or in the Update Rule, display the Supported Language.

Based on a lot of customer feedback. Use WsusUtil.exe listunreferencedpackagefolders to get all unreferenced packages and give a UI to view and delete these folders.

Adding this idea based on feedback via email and Slack from customers.
