Microsoft Edge Web Driver Merged

The Edge web driver is used for automated browser testing. It has a hard requirement to be the same version as Microsoft Edge that is installed. This means we need to be agile and keep it updated promptly.

    PatchMyPC patches our Edge browsers but this causes our automation of some kiosks to break when the Edge Driver is older than the Edge browser. This would help me get rid of some automation scripts and scheduled tasks to keep them in sync and prevent errors on our endpoints.

    The hard part is that its just an .EXE from what I can tell and doesn't have anything in the registry to use as a target to find and replace it... So, its a moving target which may make this hard to do...
