Also I wish I could edit my comment, but also just having the updater running would also be a start, if having the base installation isn't viable. As suggested here, existing installs can be updated with a switch: https://ideas.patchmypc.com/ideas/PATCHMYPC-I-2526
This would be great for our company since we already have existing installs and only want to enforce, that the applications are actually updated.
Hey Jason, would it be possible to just add the barebones installer and we can add all the command line arguments ourselves? It most tedious task is always having the most up-to-date installer, which PMPC could fix here.
There are lots of custom configurations of VS Pro but even if the standard install with no configurations would be extremely helpful. We utilize the normal install with no custom config.
Due to the sheer volume of possible custom configurations for Microsoft Visual Studio, it would be extremely difficult (if not impossible) for PMPC to handle detection of all such custom configurations. This particular app may be better suited for our Custom Apps feature.

It looks like the VS2022 command line arguments give us everything we need to manage it with PMPC:

And the individual components are well documented:

Can we prioritize this?
