It's a bit of a longshot at the moment, but the new Edge has MSI installers available: https://www.microsoftedgeinsider.com/en-us/enterprise

Pretty unlikely we would add this in the beta state. Once public, if it's not offered in the Windows Update catalog, there's a good chance we would add it then,
