With PatchMyPC already having Intune Windows integration, it feels like a hop, skip and a slightly long jump to have the ability to deploy common LOB apps. This feature request is specifically for App deployments and not necessarily for updates.
With the removal of the requirement to pre-package apps this may be easier now than it was previously, though I'm defninitely not the authority on what can and cannot be done.

Adobe
Firefox
FortiClient VPN (requires manual sourcing from fortinet)
