In PMPC cloud when I'm adding an app to my app catalog it would be nice if I could search for a Winget app.

It would be usefull that there is a version column in the deployments overview page. Now we have to enter de deployed application end look there what the deployed version is.

Given that this platform has the unconstrained ability to deploy applications to all of our endpoints, it would be nice to be able log (and ultimately alert on unusual) administrative and scheduled actions.
