-Extension would add a right click function to "duplicate" any PathMyPC application install.. also duplicating the source files. Duplicated application installs would ALWAYS be version specific names.. and not be auto updated when new version are rolled out.. even if the publisher created non-version application names that are auto updated.
-Duplicated PatchMyPC application installs would add a right click function to "edit" the settings (as available in the publisher service UI).
This would allow scoped admins to create customized versions of the PatchMyPC deployments for their own purposes.
Duplicates would NOT be auto updated by the publisher..
This allows you to pre-configure a standard deployment config.. but allow admins to customize a slightly different config when needed.
the duplicate wizard would need to choose a file location for the copied files to be saved.
