Restart the application(s) that were closed when user chose Close All and Update Merged

You have the amazing feature of detecting when apps/processes are running and we can prompt the user to Close it/them before updating.

This works great, but it would be even more amazing if it also could start the app(s) that were closed when the user clicked "Close All and update"

It is a minor problem today that the user does not know when it is safe to start the app again after the update.
We have turned off the notifications in Intune because we don't want to bother users about prompts when the apps are not in use.

Hope more people will see this as a great feature!
