simplify Update assignment

Currently you have to manually assign update versions of each application after assigning the app as "available".

This doubles the efforts to deploy one app and all UAT Ring assignments

Idea: Please add an option for "Add Assignment" like : Make available & updates

    This is possible today. There are two options.

    1. Specify an UpdateOnly assignment while specifying the groups for the Available one. See attached screenshot below

    2. By using the newly added Templates feature (currently in public preview).
